Between 12 and 14 November 2026 the faculty hosts its annual symposium in patristic theology. The sessions are open to doctoral students, academic staff and priests preparing a short paper.

This year's theme is the way a patristic text moves from the seminar into a sermon without losing its precision. We are not looking for a general tribute, but for readings that stay close to a page.

Proposals of no more than 250 words go to the research office by 2 October. Replies go out on 16 October. Attendance without a paper stays free, within the capacity of the room.

On the second day a working session is reserved for doctoral students in historical and dogmatic theology. Accepted texts may, after revision, enter the faculty volume.
